Phony Navy SEAL of the Week: Frank Gordon

I discussed this information with Mr. Gordon and he said he did not join the navy in the seal program day 1 so they would have no record of him in that capacity. He indicated he was recruited to go on missions with the SEALS for his expertise using a radar/satellite system and subsequently, participated in the Seal jump school, underwater training, etc. to be able to join the missions. He said he did receive a trident but there is nothing listing his SEAL affiliation on his discharge papers. He has also indicated he sustained a shrapnel injury to his knee in Vietnam and was stationed on the USS Kitty Hawk.
