Sounds like a pay off to me.At the VA in DE it takes two years to even get a tooth filled and by then it needs pulled or an implant then the head oral surgeon says that cost to much to do because they took so long to fill the tooth. THE VA FINDS WAYS TO PUT OFF CARE TO SAVE MONEY AND THE VETERAN LIVES WITH PAIN AND LOST TEETH OR DEATH. If this is the type of health care the president wants in America.WE ARE SCREWED.
