On a new subject, MY virus protection software kicked in while I was on-site, believe somewhere in the Home button area at the top of the page. Can you please check all site areas for viruses and/or spyware? I think the site has been infected.

My McAfee has been alarming since last fall. This happens at home and at work on our legacy network. Norton is on our NMCI network and doesn't alarm at all. This only occurs on the home page of VRO. If I create a shortcut to the forums, there's no alarm. I suspect some of thew adverts are doing something.

Donnie: Thought you went on walkabout or something since we hadn't heard from you in a while. Been noticing an increase of spammers getting by the CAPTCHA software.

Also note we've been kinda flat lately. I think we really need a VA insider to help with the questions only an insider would know. I've been distributing a ton of VRO business cards but it doesn't seem to be helping much. What else can we do?

I've been busy with stuff at work and going on a few little trips lately. Local stuff but gone for the whole weekend type thing. It could be an advertisement, but they are served by Google so I'm 99.9% sure there is nothing to worry about virus wise.

Keep pushing the site, but not like spam. If anyone frequents a Vet blog and comments ... mention VRO if it can work without looking like spam. We want to help not annoy heh.

The spammers are getting passed the software, but there isn't much we can do. We fix the software, they fix their bot, and then we start over again. Cat and mouse game.

I would love to see the traffic increase on the site. We would be able to help more Vets out and that's what it is all about.
