Default Looking for my father David Follette

I am hoping this message board can help me out. I have been trying to locate my biological father for almost a year now. His name is/was David Follette and he told my mother that he was drafted into the military in 1969. Prior to leaving the military he lived in Tampa, Fl. and was a security guard. I have no other information on him other than what was given. I also have no idea if he was telling my mother the truth or if he even survied the Vietnam War. My only motive in locating him, if he is alive, is to meet him and if he died to find out all I can about him so I can honor his life and tell my children about him. Becoming a father myself has sparked my curiosity about this unknown person that gave me life.

If anyone knows who this person is or can give me any help in trying to locate him I would really apprietiate it.
