I typed the name Tracy Church into a search engine and found one email address : tchurch@jhmi.edu. This Tracy Church works at Johns Hopkins Medical Ctr. This might be the one....Good luck.

I just "nosed" around a bit with the "basic" search places that "normal" folk have access to... Your info is quite limited ... I found over 200 "T. Church 's in the U.S. (on searchbug ALONE!!!) There are a number of Anothy (sp) (maybe Tony) with DOD who ARE, or were officers. and I have located an officer .. CHURCH, THOMAS R ARMY O-1 through the previous.. (DOD) As you did not state even the branch... I think the help you are getting ie supurb.. Did you even TRY any data base, search engine, etc...???? There are a number of places for free....... quite a few that will provide guarenteed results for a price (i.e. http://www.knowx.com) and people with "connections" ... (like me..!!!) and who just like to (and are capable of) busy bodying about!! Hope this bit has helped... but locating an ex-service member.. (specially an officer) is not as difficult as it may seem... Try Unit sites, public search engines and data bases, then DOD, SS, and Uncles places... but again, I was limited on the info you gave, and the service branch, age, etc... but it is not that difficult.. hope these are helpful..
