Looking for Veterans from USS Tortuga (LSD-26) 1966-1969

Hello my name is Christi Edwards Im writing on behalf of my father David E. Edwards who served on the USS Tortuga (LSD-26) from 1966-1969 he was an electrician. If there is anyone who might know him please write back.
