Looking For Elgin A. Brown 1/22nd 4th Infantry Division

I am trying to locate Elgin A. Brown with whom I served with in Viet Nam in 1969-1970 while with the 1/22nd 4th Infantry Division. The A probably stands for Arthur. We used to call him Art. He is a Native American who grew up on a reservation in NE Arizona. I don't think he lives there but is somewhere in Phoenix. Haven't been able to find an addres or phone number for him. He may be homeless. It is important to find him as we share many combat experiences in Nam. If anyone can tell me where he can be located or anybody who knows him I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

P.S. I have exhausted all military records in an effort to locate him.
