Requesting copy of C & P Exams

Can anyone tell me how and where I can request a copy of my past C & P exams?

If you had your C&P exam at a VAMC, then you should just go to the Release of Information office and request a copy.

If you had your C&P exam done through QTC, then you'll more than likely have to request a copy form your regional office by requesting it from your C-file.

Yes, thank you Vike17 for the information. But, how do you request the paperwork from the VARO? I suggest with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. HOW: as a memo to your VARO with this (see below) at the top of the page, in caps, centered:

"FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST"

And... be specific as to what you're asking for.... by providing all of the details of what you want in the memo. Obviously, you will need to include all your data such as C#, etc.
