Default What to do?? fired while on dr prescribed meds

i was fired today after 16 years of dedicated service,when i was activated for OIF1,2,.I was fired took comp to DOL and won my job back ,I worked two weeks and was put back on orders and sent to BRAGG.i have been back for quite awhile now and they have me on a work 4days of 4days 5am to 5pm
the meds im on from pain clinic and the meds from mental hyg.have made me sleepy in the mornings and i have fallen asleep on the job i was verbally told,written up and 90 days probation and now march 3 i dozed off for about thirty min.i have told them i was on meds for this and have asked numerous time to be put back on the shift i was on before i went to Iraq which was 8am to 5pm five days aweek .do i have a leg to stand on ???
where do I take this DOL/VA hire a lawyer and sue them any suggestions??

Bref:

I don't pretend to be a lawyer and I'm not quite sure if DOL would have oversight in this instance. From my perspective it would either be DOL, if it's a veterans issue, or find a lawyer. The possibility also exists it may be covered by ADA. I doubt the VA has any influence in this issue. Not sure who has oversight there. Might be worth the price of an initial consultation fee to get those answers.

When were you last discharged?

ISTM, Employers are required to provide "reasonable accomodation" to persons qualified under the act.

go to roa.org,on the internet and look under law review, also check esgr.org, then for case law go to servicemembers.gov, look under cases. by the way,the site administrater for roa.org ,capt. wright, drafted the laws for congress on military discrimination. email him. finally, it is always best to sue in court with a lawyer that knows the law or call me 864 350 0373 and ask for ssgt elliott
