Unhappy new coasti on board

having lots of problems with VA comp (4yrs) and counting. I even have a letter from my XO confirming my exposure to AO. Would like to find other coasties ELS(Explosive Loading Supervisors) who were at Port Safety Station Concord, which was a tennant Command of Naval Weapons Station Concord Ca. This is about the Bio Weapons Convention signed ,ratified , andput forth into international law mar 26 1975.
