Blytheville AFB from 1966 to 1969

    I just joined this group. Would love to come across some of those I served with at Blytheville AFB from 1966 to 1969 as a jet engine mechanic on the flight line.

    Also was TDY to Anderson AFB, Guam from September 1968 to January 1969.

    Hello my name is Jeff my Dad served there during the time frame you were at Blytheville AFB. Do you remember anyone named Villareal?

    Jeff, Sorry so long before I got back here. No, I did not know anyone by the name of Villareal. Did he serve at Blytheville AFB. I worked on the engines on B-52's & KC-135's out on the flight line. Which I knew many people by their faces, but not by their name.

    Blytheville AFB reunion October 4-7, 2007

    The date for Blytheville AFB reunion has been changed.

    It shall happen in October 4-7, 2007. That is the date they are now giving.

    If you know someone who served at Blytheville AFB please try and let the know about this upcoming reunion.

    Seems the 1st ones who were planning for a reunion at Blytheville AFB did not get things done for some reason.


    A group of us from Blytheville AFB Group are planning a reunion at Blytheville for October 2007, come by our group and find out more about it.

    Was at Blytheville AFB in 67 to 70

    JERRY,
    my name is carl they called me "frosty" at blytheville. I worked engines as well. Played on base fast pitch softball team. I knew just about everyone there. There were several Jerry's. Smith, Williams etc. Give me a shout or anyone else from that time frame!! God Bless
