    According to the recent study report that green tea very much helpful to burn the extra fat of the body. Drink 2-3 cup of green tea daily for better health.

    Yes, Green tea is good to burn the fat and also to lose the excessive body weight.
    I also taking green tea these days to control my body weight and also to control my cholesterol level.
