I am a qualified Veteran age 65 applying for VA Pension. At age 65 'proof of medical evidence" is NOT required for Part D of 21-256. My question is since I am over 65 must I fill out Part D Sections 1 & 2? I believe I qualify on age alone. Am I right about that? Section one is medical history....Section 2 is work history. Thanks
