    TCM

I received an answer to a NOD I had submitted and I was disapproved again. Since then I have received letters from 2 doctors that show my cancer of the lung is a new primary cancer. The VA disapproved me stating the lung cancer was a secondary cancer and had came from a cancer I had in 2001 for head and neck. My question is can I file another NOD based on these letters or do I have to file the form 9 and go that route. I had the letters in the mill before I received the decision on the NOD but didn't get them in time. Thanks Sgt D

    Sgt D:

This is a bit more complex than my skills will handle. I'm going to ask someone else to look at it. Was your lasd NOD a DRO review?
